Apply as precaution when exposed to lice or to treat a known active case. This product kills live lice without out using pesticides. The 8oz bottle will be enough product to treat up to 2 people with average length hair. Apply oil on day 1 and rinse out with regular shampoo, do a comb-out using a good nit comb, and apply oil again on day 10 to kill any newly hatched lice that could have been missed during the combing process.
Product can also be used as an aggressive preventative. Apply oil once a week or every 10 days to prevent an infestation from occurring.
